My name is Jaimy Vrakking, born in 1995, in Hilversum, Netherlands.

From Unconscious to Conscious

As a young boy, I was fascinated by motocross and everything that was fast, forbidden, and challenging. I was always searching for the limits of just about everything. I trained as a Sports and Games Coordinator and specialized in outdoor, snow, and mountain sports. I am also proud to hold a highly qualified diploma at HBO level as a Holistic Coach, obtained from the Academy for Holistic Coaching. I worked as an outdoor sports instructor/guide in the Ardennes and later moved to the Austrian Alps, where I lived and worked for over three years as a mechanic for special mountain bikes for downhill mountain biking. For one season, I trained at a high-performance level in this discipline and was determined to reach the podium at the European level. I was good at it. It was during this period in my life that I experienced how many things can be set in motion in a relatively short time and how quickly you can take control of your life in a positive way. You can create your own life. More people needed to know this, and I still believe that. I just didn't know how... because no one was listening.

It Starts with Listening

And what if I started listening myself? To the stories of people who are searching for something but don’t quite know what? What if I asked such a person questions? And what if that person could then figure out what they want? And especially how they can go about doing it themselves? Then I wouldn’t have to tell anyone anything, and I would still achieve my goal of creating more awareness! Ultimately, it is the awareness from which we, as humans, draw our strength. The power to consciously create with intention. To make our own lives in every sense of the word and to live our own legend.
